I wanted to make a cowl that played with the interesting textures and shapes you see at the seaside, that would be simple enough to be worn by everyone and that would work well for both solid and variegated yarns. Knit in the round, this simple but enjoyable knit will fly off your needles!

I used a single merino fingering weight from The Camels Yarn – approximately 260 yards – 64 grams.

Blocked the size is 21” / 52cm circumference by 10.5” / 26cm length.
You can change this by using smaller or larger needles and blocking more or less vigorously.
