You should be comfortable with basic crochet stitches, the Mini Bean stitch, changing colours, working in rows, seaming and following a written crochet pattern.
MATERIALS
• Lion Brand Color Theory (#4 Medium / Worsted) or similar worsted weight yarn
• Colours used: Caper, Raisin, Moonbeam and Bone
• 5 mm (H) crochet hook
• Fiberfill
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
• Measuring tape
YARDAGE
Small:
• Raisin – 8 yds (7.3 m)
• Caper – 8 yds (7.3 m)
• Moonbeam – 16 yds (14.6 m)
Medium:
• Raisin – 41 yds (37.5 m)
• Bone – 41 yds (37.5 m)
Large:
• Caper – 95 yds (87 m)
• Moonbeam – 48 yds (44 m)
Stem:
• Caper – approx. 9 yds (8 m) per pumpkin
The colours are easy to customize, so you can use the pattern to create pumpkins that coordinate with your own fall decor.
