Hats are sized to measurements rather gauge or tension

Very pretty Tam with ribs and popcorn stitches, optional tassel. Has instructions to add a brim for a newsboy, or make it a beret with no band.

Since I wrote about the making of this hat on my blog, I have had several people suggest I make the pattern.

If you can do fpdc and popcorn, you can make the hat. Takes one skein of yarn and size G-H hook.
