The Aisla Shawl has a basic triangle shape, with a unique construction that will keep the knitter interested! A simple, yet intricate lace repeat is the focal point of the piece, with lace texture rippling through the body of the shawl for a beautiful finish.

You will need a little less than two skeins of 100 g fingering weight yarn for this shawl (760 yds/694 meters). Any fiber works great, but I recommend something that blocks well, so your stitches really bloom! I used Superwash Merino for my shawl.

Gauge for pattern is 19 sts by 16 rows in stockinette, which I got with US Size 6/ 4mm needles.

Dimensions for shawl: Depth: 26 in./ 66 cm.
Width across: 61 in. / 155 cm.
Height: 40 in. / 101.5 cm.
