The Amelia Raglan!

“It’s a great basic design for beginners that’s also easy for more advanced crocheters to modify with their own personal spin.”
-Lori (@LBK_originals)

“I cannot wait to wear the sweater all the time. It’s definitely a functional, wearable piece which is awesome.”
-Megan (@Megomakes)

“I absolutely love this pattern and find it very easy for beginners Overall a beautiful pattern and so many variations can be done.”
-Cindy (@Moosenowl)

This is a written crochet pattern for a top-down, seamless (NO SEWING!), raglan style sweater made using Yarnspirations Caron Big Cakes. With several colour options available in this self striping cake line you’ll always get a different sweater, no matter how many times you make it!

Other worsted/aran yarns may be used to create this beauty but PLEASE check gauge before getting started!

Written in US terminology, this pattern is considered to be an intermediate level but I think an advanced beginner could figure it out.

Size options include a whopping 7 sizes! XS-3XL

Measurements:

XS: Bust 28”-30”, length 23”
S: Bust 32”-34”, length 24”
M: Bust 36”-38”, length 25”
L: Bust 40”-42”, length 26”
XL: Bust 44”-46”, length 27”
2XL: Bust 48”-50”, length 30”
3XL: Bust 52”-54”, length 31”

You can modify the length as well as the sleeves as it suits you. It’s very easy to customize. Add some extra rows and pop this on over a pair of comfy leggings!

Modifications are provided in the pattern to adjust Armhole depth should your arms be smaller than standard industry measurements.
