The blanket can be made using any size yarn. Our largest sample was made with Aran/Worsted weight yarn, using up mainly oddments of different brands from our stash.

we supply sizes and weights of squares made using Aran/worsted weight, DK and 4ply (sock yarn) in order that you can easily convert the pattern to your own requirements, and also a method of making the squares slightly larger (very handy if you are using something like a Scheepjes whirl!

This is a fairly easy pattern with photos of each step, so this is a good project for beginers at crochet, and the more experienced should enjoy it too as it’s not a basic granny square.

Deze deken kan met elk soort garen gemaakt worden, de deken op de foto’s is gemaakt van allerlei restjes Worsted/Aran garen. Je kan het patroon simpel veranderen in afmeting en we hebben hier wat voorbeelden genoemd met DK of 4ply (sokken garen). Je kan de vierkantjes ook wat groter maken wat heel goed werkt bij bv een Scheepjes Mega Whirl. Het is een makkelijk patroon met foto’s die je door iedere stap helpen. Leuk voor zowel beginnende als gevorderde haaksters, veel plezier!
