This is a listing for a fun, textured beanie with bun beanie option. The pattern is comprised of several crochet stitches that give amazing texture, including my personal take on the shell stitch. It is best suited for intermediate crochet artists but a confident beginner that can follow well written instructions with photo and video tutorials will be able to complete this pattern as well.

Need size options? I got you covered! Toddler/Child, Teen/Small Adult, and Adult sizes are all included in this pattern. You can also change it up with a machine knitted brim if you’d like, it’s super easy!

A size 4 worsted weight yarn is needed for this project but you can also use a light size 5 such as Lion Brand Scarfie. I recommend going up a size if using a lighter 4 weight yarn.

-150-200yds of worsted weight (4) yarn
