Utilizing the double cross cable technique, the Aspen Beanie provides a classic cabled look that can be made for women OR men! While the double cross technique looks intimidating at first, I have full confidence that with a little practice, you’ll be whipping out these beanies in no time.

Level: Intermediate

Materials needed:
• Size US 13/9.0 mm circular needles,16” (size US15/10.00 mm may
also be used for tight knitters)
• Size 6 (bulky) yarn, one skein. I prefer Malabrigo Rasta but Lion
Brand Thick ‘N Quick works as well!
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch marker if desired
• Cable Needle or Double Pointed Needle sized similarly to your
needles.
• Pom of your choice to top it off (optional)
