DESCRIPTION:
The Aviva Cowl is a quick and easy knitting pattern that is beautifully textured to keep you warm during fall/winter season. It is suitable for knitters of all levels who are looking for a fun and easy project.The pattern uses mosaic knitting method of color work where a single yarn is used once in every row with slipping stitches. Everything is explained clearly in the pattern with helpful pictures and video tutorials. The Aviva Beanie pattern also can also be found in my Ravelry shop.

YARN:
I used We Are Knitters Petite Wool (100% Peruvian Highland Wool and Heavy worsted yarn) in two colors for making this beautiful cowl. If that yarn is not available to you, any Heavy Worsted/Aran weight yarn (Approx 70 yards of Color A and 78 yards of Color B) of your choice can be used.

NEEDLES:
Circular Knitting Needles US 9 (5.5 mm), 24”
Tapestry Needle
Stitch Marker
Scissors
Measuring Tape

GAUGE:
4” x 4” = 16 stitches x 22 rows of stockinette (using 5.5mm needles)

SIZE:
Adult, One size fits all
The finished cowl should measure 12” wide and 10.5” tall after blocking.
