Construction
The dress is worked in two pieces: top (top-down, raglan increases) and skirt (bottom-up, decreases, pockets, pleats). Pieces are joined at the waist. Belt worked last.

Tips
If in between sizes, size up – especially for the skirt (gives nicer pleats).
Adjust skirt length as desired.
Try on with the skirt before deciding top length.
For closed-back version, add 1 skein.
