The Brigitte Beanie Pattern is perfect for those who are looking for a more intermediate pattern, or those looking to expand their cabling skills - it truly is a cable lover’s dream. It is a uniquely detailed hat pattern full of texture, which will keep you very engaged on working it!
This pattern is rated intermediate. Knitter will need to know basic knitting skills, knitting in the round, changing needles, and cable work. Gauge swatching is HIGHLY recommended for this pattern.

The pattern comes in 1 size (adult) with details on how you can modify this to fit either baby/toddler/child or for an extra large fit. This hat is originally designed to have a fitted feel.

Materials required: 1 skien of Manos del Uruguay in Franca, both US10.5/6.5mm and US11/8.0mm 16” circular knitting needles, cable needle, stitch markers (3), tapestry needle, scissors. You may opt to sub another yarn, but please make sure it’s as similar to the Franca as possible. If you would like recommendations on some more affordable options (I hardly buy Franca myself because she’s a pricy girl!) - don’t hesitate to reach out to me! I’m happy to help you. Alternatively, you can check this pattern out on Ravelry to see some yarn-sub options.
