The Button Up Cowl is fashionable and cozy, with many styling options: partially or fully fastened with buttons off to the side or fully fastened with buttons centered in the back or front. Directions are given for two sizes: adult and toddler/child. Tips for sizing up or down are also given. This is a quick project and no button holes required.

Materials:
~U.S. 13 (9.00 mm) Circular Needle (The Button Up Cowl is knitted flat but a circular needle is preferred due to the number of stitches)

~ Bulky/Chunky Yarn (Weight Category 5)—approximately 109 yards (less for the child size); the display was made using one skein of Loops and Threads Charisma yarn.

~ Five (Four for the toddler/child size) 1-3/8” x 7/16” Toggle Buttons

~Tapestry or Yarn Needle
