This pattern features the extended crochet stitch. Below are the instructions for the extended single crochet (ESC)

Insert hook, YO, draw up a loop. .(you will now have 2 loops on the hook)

YO draw through one loop. YO draw through the last loop.

ESC completed

Please keep in mind when choosing your size, this sweater is designed to be oversized. If you would like the sweater to be more fitted, please size down from your normal size.

The sweater is made from the bottom up. You will begin by creating your ribbing on the bottom and you will create an identical front and back panel. The sleeves are made in a similar way, from the bottom to the top.

There is an added feature of a ribbed collar. It is an added detail I used for this piece but you can choose to leave it off if you so desire!
