I got inspired by the idea of combining two geometric shapes – triangles and circles – and the result is the chevron curve. A very long, lightweight crescent shawl, suitable for summer evenings but also very cozy wrapped around your neck several times to keep you warm in winter.

This shawl is perfect for using up scrap yarn or mini skeins. The gradient border is optional and can be left out if you are running out of yarn.

Yarn:
Main color: 1 skein of Lismi Knits Single (100 % Merino) 394 yards 360 meters/ 100 g) or 394 yards 360 meters of fingering weight yarn.
Contrasting colors: 6 x Locoporella Mini Singles (100 % Merino) 79 yards 72 meters/20 g or 6 x 79 yards 72 meters of fingering weight yarn.

The sample uses Anthra, Mausgrau, Rauch, Silber, Nebel and Schwarz-Weiß as contrasting colors and a dark cherry red as the main color.
