Designed by myself, this gorgeous cowl is part of a series of cowls I’m doing inspired by New York, my home state. They are designed to be comfortable, fun to knit, and perfect to wear with a stylish wool coat or a denim jacket.

The Circle Line Cowl was named after the sightseeing cruises that have been circling the island of Manhattan since 1945. The choppy waters of the Hudson and East Rivers, the chilly breezes, the big sky… it’s one of my favorite New York experiences. This cowl features flowing, swirling cables that are so easy to make, but so gorgeous to behold.

Suggested yarns: Anything (light) worsted weight.

Yarn in Photos: Plymouth Select Merino in color “Lt Grey”.
