This classic hat is simply constructed from the brim to the crown. Featuring a wide ribbed brim that can fold up, it will keep your ears extra warm in cold weather. The body of the hat is knitted using a short circular needle and the crown is decreased and closed up with double-pointed needles. Add an optional pom-pom to the top for added flair.

Simple and fun to knit this is a great project for newbie knitters. Make sure to use the hashtag #yakclassichat on your Instagram photos so we can show them some love!
