This is a fun knit suggested by one of my customers. It features top and bottom borders in denim colored yarn to represent the jeans worn by cowboys, plus the zig zag pattern found on the rear pockets of some jeans. The cowboy life is depicted with fenced horses, then hats and boots. The blanket is reversible top to bottom, as well as front to back.

I purchased 2 skeins of the denim Remix yarn and 4 skeins of the Comfort. I used about 2/3s of each skein of the Remix on the borders. With the Comfort, I had only about 20 yards left after finishing the center section. Depending on your gauge and tension, you might want to buy 5 just to be safe to have enough to finish.
