Technique use in this pattern :
knit, purl, adding and decreasing stitches, sewing with mattress stitch, basic embroidery technique for the face.
All parts knitted flat and sewn together with mattress stitch.

The finished toy will be about 10-11 cm tall. Perfect project for using up your scrap yarn. You can use any yarn in your stash to make this sheep, The perfect yarn for the sheep is the boucle yarn to get the right texture. And any sock yarn to make the limbs and the face.
