Materials
Dog:
Less than 50g each worsted weight yarn in white (MC) and pink (CC)
Black yarn for embroidery
12mm safety eyes (optional)
Fiberfill

Clothes:
Less than 50g each worsted weight yarn in red (MC) and yellow (CC)
One button

Needles
Gauge is unimportant for this project; use a needle size that gives you a tight, dense fabric. I used US size 5 (3.75mm) needles. The dog’s cape has a small amount of crochet detailing which uses a US size G hook.

Techniques
Knitting in the round, knitting i-cord, increases and decreases, short rows, crochet chain and slip stitch into knitted fabric
