The Esther Socks were designed with ease and interest in mind! These fancy ankle socks with a whimsical lace stripe detail whip up quickly, keeping the knitter interested

Sizes include: Small, Medium and Large (Womens US Shoe size 9)

You may use whatever tools you need for this project! The pattern is written according to stitch markers, so DPN’s, magic loop method, and 9 inch circular needles will all work for this pattern. (Keep in mind, if you decide to use 9 inch circs, you will need DPN’s to close the toe).

You will need about 50-60g of sock yarn for the Main Color, and 30g- 40g of sock yarn for the Secondary Color. If you wish to make the length of the sock longer than ankle length, you will need to account for extra yardage when choosing your yarn. I prefer superwash merino/nylon blends for my socks becaause of the durability, but you can use whatever is comfortable and affordable for you that meets the gauge.

Gauge: 19 sts by 21 rows = 4 inch square, stockinette

Needles: US Size 1 (or size needed to obtain gauge)

This pattern uses US Standard measurements.
