PATTERN NOTES
A perfect project for gifting or keeping, The Extra Scarf uses a K1 x P1 rib stitch to create a lofty, cozy texture that holds its shape well. The 10.5 US / 6.5 mm knitting needles create an airy effect that is great for draping.

The Extra Scarf is knit using 2 strands of yarn held together, blended into a rib stitch pattern. One strand of worsted yarn and one strand of fingering weight yarn are used in the sample scarf. This creates a lovely blended design due to the yarn colors. Alternatively, select one fiber to use throughout the project for a
more consistent effect.

The sample scarf is a stashbuster project, and the density of the individual yarns creates a unique effect. It may be slightly more thick or narrow in some areas. Your finished project will be a custom work of art based on the yarn selection.

Note: It is not possible to duplicate this sample scarf exactly, due to the unique variations of the yarns used. However, by selecting yarns within the same color family, a similar effect could be achieved. Sample scarf color family: white, tan, variegated blue/white, light pink, and gray
