The Fernando Tank is a beginner friendly, 3x3 rib tank with icord edges around the arms and a boat neck. The icord edges prevent curling around the armholes. It is worked both in the round and flat with no shaping.

This pattern is made to measure and can therefore be made with any yarn and needle size. My yarn recommendation is Jody Long Coastline, because it holds its shape and knits up slightly stretchy, which works well for this ribbed tank. With this yarn I used 6mm needles.
