The Forester Scarf is a clever and easy way to make the most of the beautiful colorways of Lion Brand Mandala yarn. Requires only one cake of yarn and the simplest of stitches. No difficult decisions about which colors to put next to each other or worrying about color changes in the middle of a row- use the yarn just as it comes off of the cake. The technique in this pattern creates a lovely woven effect.

This scarf is perfect for people of any age or gender. It’s a great first crochet scarf project for a beginner, a fast project for a gift, or a project you can work on while you watch TV without having to think too much.

Finished dimensions are about 72 by 7 inches (183 by 18 cm) when using 1 cake of Lion Brand Mandala dk weight yarn and a 5 mm hook.

This is a beginner pattern and requires only chain and single crochet stitches. Pattern is written in US terms and includes explanations of all stitches and abbreviations. US and metric measurements given.

Pattern pdf includes a photo tutorial and detailed instructions completing each row of the pattern.
