Continuing with the Four Seasons ensemble package, this month we have the Four Seasons Belts!
As a matter of fact, this is actually five different patterns! All of the belts are inspired by different actresses of the 1930s and 1940s, right when knitted suits and dresses would have been in their heyday.
Choose from Merle Oberon, Jean Arthur, Irene Dunne, Carole Lombard, or Carmen Miranda! During the design process, I spent a good deal of time making sure each belt was unique and played around with different construction techniques and skill levels: Some belts are the stand out item whereas others are more decorative and add color. Some require a lot of your attention and can challenge your knitting skills, where as others make a quick palette cleanser in between big projects. Some take buckles, some take buttons, and some take no fastenings at all!

This five pattern set is available exclusively at Squid’s School of Vintage Knitting, and is a part of a three month pattern package that will result in a vintage inspired knitted dress or suit! Come join in on the fun!
