About this pattern
The Galanthus cowl takes its name from the snowdrop flower that pierce through the snow at the end of winter. It’s a beginner-friendly knit that uses super bulky yarn and comes in three different sizes (Toddler, Child, Adult). It is worked in the round by using simple stitches (knits, purls and a few slipped stitches).

The pattern includes both US and metric terms.

I’m very excited to share this cowl with you and I would love to see your work! Please use the hashtag #galanthuscowl when sharing the pattern on social media and tag me @wolleyhandmade

I’m always available if you have any questions!

Stay cozy,
-Elisa

Gauge
9 sts x 12 rows using US 15 (10mm) needles in Stockinette (worked in the flat and unblocked)

Materials
One skein of super bulky (6) yarn is enough to make the adult size.
Suggested: Malabrigo Rasta (150g)

I personally used US 15 (10mm) circular needles with a 24” (60cm) cord, but a 16” (40cm) cord or DPNs will work as well.

Notions: scissors, stitch marker (1), tape measure, tapestry needle.
