The Gallagher Wrap

Tweed tartan wrap which can be worn several ways: over shoulders, front to back, one side under arm, etc. Approximate length from tip to tip is 58”. Width at widest part is 21” appx.

One size. Two sewn on large buttons, no buttonholes. Gauge recommended is 8 st and 11 rows over 2”. Recommend using size smaller needles if using metal circular needles (size 7). Tapestry needle.

3 balls of Irish tweed
1 ball of slubbed cotton
1 ball of angora
1 ball of slubbed mist or an additional ball of slubbed cotton

Contains very interesting stitches, such as tubed, ruffled, laddered and tartan.

Purchased as a kit and available from several shops on line. This pattern is from a book, as the pages have page numbers on them, but I can’t figure out which book.
