Called the Ghostly Cloak in Knitting Wizardry.

This garment pays homage to a Harry Potter character who may have been overlooked in the beginning but who became vital at the end of the series, the Ravenclaw ghost known as the Gray Lady. She was supposedly beautiful and wore a floor-length cloak. The cloak was updated to be a more modern length, and made diaphanous to reflect her ghostly status.

Making a cape for myself and am finding I like wyf sl kwise for the beginning of each row. And the sts in the Neck Eyelets charts over the double YO should be a knit and purl.
