About this pattern
The Gurin beanie takes its name from a beautiful little village in Ticino, home of many of my childhood memories.
It’s a fun and beginner-friendly pattern that comes in seven different sizes (0-3mo, 3-6mo, 6-12mo, Toddler, Child, Woman, Man) to accomodate the whole family, which makes it perfect for Mom+Mini and Dad+Mini sets.
It has a unisex look and can be worn with or without a pompom. The fit is slightly slouchy and very comfortable!

Basic working in the round and knitting techniques such as long tail CO, knits, purls and use of longer circular or DPNs for the decrease are required to make this beanie.

The pattern includes both US and metric terms.

I’m very happy to share this beanie with you and would love to see your work, so please use the hashtag #gurinbeanie when sharing your work on social media and tag me @wolleyhandmade.

I’m always available if you have any questions!

Stay cozy,
-Elisa
