This pattern is perfect for an Advanced or Adventurous Beginner knitter. The beanie is knit in the round from the bottom up, and is written for 5 yarn weight categories:
DK (3), Worsted (4), Light Bulky (5), Bulky (5) and Super Bulky (6)

You have the option of using a single color yarn or two colors. The dual color is knit using one yarn per round at a time.
