The Heartflower Scarf is designed for heavy worsted or bulky weight yarns; however, lighter weights (worsted or DK/sport) can be used with more pattern repeats. This scarf is quick, easy and fun to knit. The decreases, along with one set of cabled stitches, provide an intertwined cabled look throughout the pattern.

The skill level is advanced beginner and above. Basic knowledge of cables and lace work is needed. The pattern is both written and charted for easy viewing.

The scarf can be made short or long in various widths for a variety of looks making it a great piece for gift-giving. Complete a set by adding fingerless mitts or full mittens.
