I lost one of my best friends
in 2013 in a tragic car accident that to this day we still don’t know if it was an accident or a suicide.
Regardless of which, they are incredibly tragic and have broken countless hearts for their loved ones.
We need to start talking more about mental illness, dare to open up more, take the help we can get,
because it is possible to get help to feel good
