Finished size - 4 inches long, 2.5 inches wide without wing length. With wings open, this item is approximately 6 inches wide.

Make your own cute little Honduran Bat in faux fur and acrylic yarn using this tutorial. This bat is the perfect little potato with his unique nose and vibrant colors. This pattern will not work if you use only acrylic yarn - the furry yarn is very thick, so following the pattern in all weight 4 yarn will not work.

Pattern includes one link to help make the nose, and photos to help through each section. This is a fairly short pattern with a printer friendly version included (this printer friendly version has all photos removed). Pattern is 10 pages long, with pages 1 through 10 being the main tutorial, and pages 8-10 being the printer friendly version.
