This is a pattern for a knitted lace wrap. It is made using two strands of lace weight yarn held together, on a size #6 needle. You could easily substitute a sport weight yarn. The pattern contains instructions for two different optional edgings, one that is crocheted, and one that is knitted. The one pictured here has a “knitted on” edging.

Both stitches ( the one for both the wrap, and the one for the edging) are both charted and written out line by line.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a basic knowledge of lace knitting)

The yarn used in the sample is Lorna’s Laces “Helen’s Lace” (undyed) yarn.

The wrap was expertly pattern tested by Jen Kelley who can be contacted at: thehulkstoy@ gmail.com, who is known on Ravelry as “thehulstoy.”
