About:
I designed this hat for my cousin, Jess, out of some of my own hand-dyed yarn she fell in love with, therefore the name, “The Jess Hat” was born. After many failed attempts, I was happy to see that this hat looks just as good inside out as it does right side out! The look is very different so it’s like having two hats in one. Knit from the bottom up, this is an easy pattern with a fun pattern stitch throughout. (photo credit goes to Jess – the hat is inside out in this picture which is most people’s preferred way to wear it!)

Materials:
One skein of The Autumn Acorn, aran wt yarn; 85% SW Merino + 15% Donegal nep; each skein has 183 yds/100 g per skein. Or you can just use 183 yds of ANY aran wt yarn.
