Introducing the Johnson Shawl! This piece of drapey goodness is named after my grandma who taught me how to crochet ❤ Gram gifted me some yarn and I gifted it back in the shape of a new shawl – this piece is a loose recreation of that!
This stitch combined with this yarn gives The Johnson Shawl a fantastic, bouncy flow. You can also wear it as a luscious triangle scarf (my personal fave!).

Truboo gives this piece a stunning drape, but any other DK will do the trick! If you’re working with another yarn, block your Johnson Shawl when you are finished - this will help it drape & flow better!

You’ll need a 5mm crochet hook & approx 964 yards of Truboo (or anther DK) yard. Having a stitch marker is not NEEDED, but I highly recommend it.

This pattern is considered advanced beginner - intermediate. You’ll need to know sc, dc and be very comfortable with recognizing where each stitch it.
