TECHNIQUES:
The cardigan is knitted top down, seamlessly, in a Seeded Rib stitch. The body is worked back and forth, and short rows are used at the neck to improve the fit. The neck, armholes, and hem are finished with ribbing. The front edges, including the buttonholes, are knitted using Double Knitting while the main work progresses. The sleeves are knitted in the round with a circular needle using the Magic Loop technique, and feature three contrasting color stripes at the forearm, if desired.
