There are instructions for two versions of the same hat.
The difference is in the finishing off.
v1 is for the “Limey Klassic Rib Hat” named because I have spotted it a few times in English period dramas.
v2 is for the “Catwalk Klassic Rib Hat’. This hat is finished off with a faux fur pompom.

The yarn I used has been discontinued. My suggestions for replacement yarns are - Rowan Alpaca Soft DK, or, Viking of Norway Alpaca Storm. But any DK you will like would be what is right for you.

There is a lot of stretch in this hat and being a classic style it can be a staple in anyones wardrobe. It makes a great fit hat.
