These socks feature a subtly lacy cable running the length of the front and down the back, through the heel flap. Just the thing for those backless clogs, to show off a pretty sock heel. Decorated heels were a request from Peggy, a maker of incredible bobbin lace.

Finished Size: S (M, L) 7” (8”, 9” around), unstretched

Yarn: Neighborhood Fiber Company Studio Sock, 100% SW
Merino/20% Nylon, 400 yards/100g (Sample knit in Columbus Circle)

Needles: Set of 5 double-pointed needles or two circular needles size 1 US (2.5 mm), or size to obtain gauge

Gauge: 8 stitches per inch in stockinette, knit in the round.
