This cowl is knit flat using a provisional cast on and basic cable repeats. The cowl can be easily sized for anyone. Just knit in pattern until the piece can go off and on over your head.

I include links in the pattern for the crochet provisional cast on (my preferred method) and for the Kitchener stitch for seaming the piece once it’s long enough
