The Lindy Cowl is a great project for beginners! Starting and ending with ribbing, this cowl is knit in stockinette in the round with color changing stripes throughout.

This pattern is a one-size fits all that is easily adjustable for various lengths. I have included a cast-on option for both a shorter and a longer length, but if you’d like to adjust it further, simply increase or decrease by 8 cast on stitches!

Since this is meant to be a simple cowl, matching gauge is not imperative to a successful project.

Materials

  • 2 colors of worsted weight yarn (you shouldn’t need more than one skein of each, this can even be done with leftover yarns if you’d like!)
  • tapestry needle to weave in ends
  • stitch marker to mark your beginning of round

Enjoy! :)
