This pattern is named for my section leader from a recent choral performance I was in--she saw the scarf I was working on during the dress rehearsal and recommended I put up the pattern on Ravelry. (Would she have done this if she had known I would name it after her? lol!) The majority of the scarf is a lace-and-cable pattern with a garter stitch variation border.

The scarf was designed to be approximately 10 inches wide, but the width could be expanded by adding more pattern stitch reps. The scarf can be knit to any length, though my preference would be for a length between 5 and 6 feet. Gauge is not mandatory, and it is easy to add or reduce the pattern stitch reps to adjust the scarf width to your gauge.

The scarf requires two skeins of Patons lace--the color I used for mine was “vintage”, but any color (or even the Patons lace sequin) would make a lovely scarf. Also required are a pair of US size 4 needles and a cable needle.
