Beginner friendly knitting pattern for a quick and simple, sleeveless sweater with a collar. An autumn/winter sister pattern to my previous design, the Stella Tank Top. This version is slightly slimmer, longer with a twisted rib collar. Perfect for layering or seasonal transitions. This top is designed with cotton yarn in mind but can be done with any fiber of your choosing, it is knit bottom up in the round, with the collar picked up and knit at the end.

MATERIALS
100% weight 4 cotton yarn, (I’ve designed this pattern with cotton in mind, but any fiber content would work)
US 8 / 5mm circular knitting needles recommended with a 24” or 32 cord
US 7 / 4.5mm circular knitting needles recommended with a 16” cord for the neck
Darning needle for seaming and weaving in ends
3 stitch markers (2 that are split ring, or clip open, or a bobby pin works too!)
Crochet hook (optional)
