This is my first attempt at writing a pattern, and I have started with my obsession, ie headbands.

As it is a headband, it takes very little yarn (not sure how much but under a skein for sure) - I used Manos de Uruguay Wool Classica but any aran weight yarn would do.

The circumference of this is 19cm and it fits my 20cm head so there is some ease there, and should fit an average female head.

I tried to write it as detailed as possible, but if there are any issues, or any other feedback, please let me know! :)
