Many of us have that bin hiding somewhere in our craft supplies that is FULL of little scraps of yarn that we keep with the hopes of someday finding a use for. This rug is an incredible stash busting project, and uses a unique technique that will eliminate the need for weaving in bunches of ends when your project is finished.

You will only have TWO ends to weave in when you are finished!

| S T A S H B U S T E R | Scraps as small as 6” can be used up to make this beautifully scrappy cotton rug, and the color possibilities are truly endless.

| V E R S A T I L E | If you don’t have a lot of extra scraps lying around, you could also certainly do a solid color, stripes, 2 colors marled together, and more! The pattern also includes instructions on customizing the size of your rug.

| I N S P I R A T I O N | This rug was inspired by the humble rag rugs of days past, when sustainability was a necessity instead of a conscious choice. My grandmother, Norma Rae, has always had a couple of beautifyl, enormous rag rugs in her home from the post depression era. This crochet pattern is a nod to those unbelievably hard working ladies of days past.

Note: This rug is recommended for indoor use, unless you are using it on a covered patio.
