the NUIT top
The Nuit top is a fitted top worked seamlessly from the top down, featuring an asymmetric neckline with buttons.
The back is worked flat and shaped using German short rows. Stitches are then picked up to form each front shoulder separately, creating the cut-out detail.
The body is then joined in the round at the underarms and worked in stockinette stitch, with subtle waist shaping for a close, flattering fit. The hem is finished with a folded edge for a clean and structured look.
Small button loops are worked along one shoulder with a crochet hook and paired with buttons on the opposite side, creating a functional and decorative closure. The crochet techniques used are really basic, you don’t need to be a crocheter !
The top is designed to be worn on its own or layered.
