This hat fits most adults. It is stretchy and meant to be worn as a slouchy beanie, but can be arranged to be worn like a beret. I used both double pointed needles and circular needles. It could be done with either kind, but after the increases, the stitches might be a bit much for the DPNs, and if just using circular needles, the end will be tricky even with magic loop method.
