This lovely top down triangle shawl starts with a few stitches and gently grows stockinette with occasional rows of stranded color to keep it fun and interesting. It ends with a clean and simple 2x2 rib. Also, the top edge is finished off with a clean edge as well. (No garter edge with huge yarn-overs)

The Parke works up quickly on size US 7/4.5mm needles (hem US 6/4mm) with any 100g hank of fingering yarn (437yds/400m) and just a dash of some scrap yarn.

The triangle shape is a favorite because it’s so easy to wear and this light and drape-y accessory is sure to be a favorite.
