The perfect little Valentine’s Day surprise or a fun addition to your wedding table. This love heart pattern is knit in the round on double-pointed needles.

While I did create them on 2.0mm needles, nothing speaks against using bigger needles (obviously you end up with a bigger heart, then). So, you can pretty much ignore the gauge; just make sure to pick relatively small needles compared to the weight of your yarn to avoid stuffing from peaking through.

There is a video tutorial available for this pattern, So you can easily knit along. But you can easily finish the pattern by just reading the detailed step by step written instructions.

I tried to make this pattern as accessible as possible to knitters willing to learn. That being said, it’s probably not the best beginner project.

The pattern contains instructions for a version with less pronounced lobes.
