Note: This pattern is made by holding 3 separate strands of cotton yarn together. You will need 3 separate balls with at least 34 yards each to complete this pattern. I recommend using 2 strands of the same color and 1 strand in a contrast color, but the possibilities are endless!

Construction

Potholder is worked with three strands of worsted weight cotton at a tight gauge to create a thick, heatproof fabric. Starting at one corner, increases are worked to the center of the potholder. Decreases are then worked down to the final corner. Potholder is finished with either an i-cord loop or an applied leather strap.
