You have a gorgeous, 100 yard skein in your stash that you’re hoarding….ahem, saving for something special. It’s time to rescue that beauty and make yourself this luxe, cozy cowl. We should never let good yarn go to waste, #amiright? This knit cowl pattern was inspired by a very such skein in my stash. I made the original sample using a beautiful merino/alpaca worsted yarn from Long Island Yarn an Farm. I knew it would be a shame to let it sit in my stash untouched!

Don’t get me wrong, I love a good, luxury yarn, but when I want to knit all the thing, I turn to my trusty Lion Brand Thick and Quick. This pattern includes instructions for a worsted and super bulky version! Hooray!
